LAY-OFFS and MIND SET OF EMPLOYEES

Lay offs this is the word I am hearing very frequently now-a-days . The reasons may vary according to the company but the whole purpose is to reduce some costs . we can’t UNDERSTAND OR ACCEPT this fact unless and until we look this issue through the management eyes. For example let’s us consider that you have a big house and have 10 to 15 servants in your house and your earnings are quite high .Now for you the earnings have dropped drastically for a few months and you have no idea when will u get back to your previous state then what will you do?? Some how reduce the expenses right.One thing what will you do is reduce the number of servants . You won’t do this as sudden .You have even given them salaries even when your earnings are less until you got to do some thing with your expenses. At that time you won’t think of your servant’s families and life because you have your own problems. That's what even companies do. Now the mind set of employees during the layoffs...

Master ,Slave and The Circle

There are two types of people .One who is called Master and Other is called Slave. The functionality of Master is to make or create a circle in which the slave will rotate. Therefore the functionality of the Slave is to rotate in it . The main feature of Slave is he does not know where to do ,fear of existence ,fear for recognition, sometimes he will believed that he is master and made as a slave. Until you are like as a slave u won’t find happiness . But once you try to be Master or become Master U will find peace ,calmness and find no worries. But attaining this position requires a lot of mental ability or would rather say maturity. Master even should not be cared of the circle because he has the ability to create one more. But how does one attain this position? How could he know he is master ? For this he need to find a master of the upper level and try to ape him. But as you go UPPER LEVEL it will be difficult for finding the masters.
