LOVE
Love---One can’t stand in love, one should fall in love –What a line!!!
Love, this is the word I am hearing frequently now a days from teens to adults, students to colleagues, soap stars to film stars, parents to spiritual leaders. The definition may vary according to these different spectrums of People.
Love has different flavors. For some responsibility is love, for some passion is love, for someone having sex is love, for some obtaining a gal of their choice is love. As age/maturity comes you will experience these flavors at some point of time .So what is love actually??
Somewhere in human life there is some sense of insufficiency he wants to include something else as a part of himself which makes him more complete. Love is that huge longing to include others as part of one self. When this longing to include others finds some physical expression we are calling this SEX,if the longing finds emotional expression we called it as Love, if this finds some mental expression it is called GREED ,ambition or whatever. All these are just efforts to include something else as part of yourself. The fundamental longing to have large slice of life than what you have right now is called Love.
People suffer in love because they want something in return. They look at it in as a business transaction type. Actually the ultimate love (or Devotion) is only giving not even expecting something in return. Love is like leaves of a tree it waves depending on the wind and weather but devotion is like root of the tree it does not change with wind or weather. When you are in devotion you will never find the suffering.
