Test Results which showed my interested areas of WORK
Before throwing my note book where I jotted down the results of a test(this test is actually conducted in most of the Top B-Schools to identify the areas of interest of the students) which compared my likes ,dislikes ,wants ,desires ,aims , ambitions , strengths and weakness to hundreds of the profiles who have applied for MBAs in different MBA colleges across the world, I decided to feed them in my blog so that I can check it out online when required.
Very High Matching Carrers:
1) Human Resources Management
2)Non Profits(Administrators in Higher Education /Government / Human Services)
3)Training and Organization Development
High Matching Carrers:
1)Strategic Planning and Business Development
Moderate Match:
1)Advertising Account Management
2)General Management
3)Management Consultancy
4)Production and Operation Management
5)Marketing and Marketing Management
6)Public Relationships and Communications
7)R & D Management
I still have low match list which I think I should leave as my teachers used to say "If u do not know the correct choice eliminate the wrong ones." If I can decipher what is common in all the above I should be able to figure out what I am passionate about."
PS:
1)The test is available in mba.com.
2) It is not free
3)The test asks you a varied number of questions .It let you know wh0/where are you ? What is the Gap you need to fill to address your weakness and improve on ur strengths.
4) The results are as per ur inputs and matching profiles .May not be true sometimes. But for me atleast the low match are not the one I wanted to do.
