My Body’s Sustainability

From the last two months my daily schedule for almost 6 days is as follows:

Wake Up by 6:30 AM, walk for approximately 2.5kms and hit the gym, do gymming for 45 min to 1hr 15 min and then walk back 2.5kms and go for swimming for 45 minutes and then go back to home and do cooking followed by eating, taking bath and sleeping for 30 min. Go to the office by 2:00 PM and go back home by 11:15 PM and hit the bed. Adding to this from last 10 to 15 days I am started to do horse riding also. This means waking up by 5:00 AM , catching up the bus by 5:45 AM , traveling 10 kms , getting down the bus and walking another 1 Km till the stables and then do 30 min of horse riding and then go to Gym directly and followed by swimming. Initially when I am doing two things ( Gymming and Swimming ) my body is able to take it and when I started to add Horse riding to it my body and health went for a toss. I felt good initially but my body couldn’t able to take it all this . I broke down last week and was on my bed for 5 days. Still struggling to regain my strength. This reminds me of a story by Sadhguru. The story goes like this

“Once there is a fly who wants to go to the top of the very long vertical tree. So it started eating bull shit daily. Day by day it started to climb more and more. Finally one day it reached to the top of the tree. Suddenly a man, who is practicing gun shooting, saw this file at the top of the tree and shot it. The fly died. Moral of the Story: Bull shit may take you to the top but it will not be able to sustain you there.”

Soon after realizing about my body, I decided to keep my physical activities to two per day. Right now thinking of doing yoga to regain my lost strength.
