I Can Count the Stars


In my childhood during the night I used to sleep on terrace of my house .Lying on my bed, I used to count the stars to get sleep. My count never crossed 100 as I would have slept by then. After 15 years, When I am sleeping on the terrace of my house and tried to count the stars, I am actually able to count them. Shocked!!! Do not think I am genius. If I can, you can too provided you should be living in Cities. What it has to do with cities?  Everything.

The reason I am able to count the stars is that I am able to see a few of them. Due to the air pollution the light coming from most of the stars in not reaching the earth and thus they are not seen. Initially I thought all stars are dead and World is on the verge of ending soon. When I am talking to my friend T about the same, T pointed the root cause of the issue and said that if I could go to the villages I could able to see the stars.

The same night after I had the discussion with T, I was watching the SKY and cannot believe that there is something between Stars and me that is not allowing me to watch the Stars. I sent this as SMS to T for nearly two to three days continually show casing my utter disbelief but T realized those SMSs as Good night messages. Super!! Very Funny!! I said to myself in usual sarcastic way.

The disbelief is due to the illusion in front of me and stars. When u look at the sky, the entire medium in which ur eye rays travel is very transparent that u cannot believe that light from the stars is not reaching the Earth. You cannot say there is any illusion around but it is. Our eyes cheat us and the way we see the things might not be the way they actually are. This is a classic example to prove the concept.

We are in illusions day in and day out. We are in illusion that we are free, we are in illusion that we can change people, we are in illusion that whatever we know is the truth so on and so forth. It is very difficult to realize we are in illusion when we are actually involved emotionally and physically .It takes a different mindset / different level of understanding all together to realize a illusion.

PS: It is very difficult for me to just enjoy the cool breeze and delightful moon light and sleep.

Interval Bang

As I was falling from the plane from 13300 ft with a speed of 200Km/hr, I felt very much relieved as I completed my bucket list that was created five years back.I became free from it. Becoming a little Lighter

Philosophy is in my blood. If you chat with me for 30 min I will atleast refer it 7 to 9 times or perhaps more. People  were puzzled, and even considered  me foolish /stupid and if the person was woman /gal she would go mad. Some people thought I would become sanaysi at one point of time.
