Can we take life as it comes?

To wake up every morning we make a choice, to eat the food we make a choice, to dress up we make a choice, to celebrate we make a choice, to talk we make a choice, to go out we make a choice. When life is all about choices what the heck it means I take life as it comes. When you say you take life as it comes it means this: “You go to cafeteria and order cup of coffee, the attendant delivers it but with less amount of sugar. Taking life as it is either u mix up the coffee with sufficient sugar or drink the coffee as it is. It not leaving the coffee and ordering the tea instead.”

The only one guy I have ever seen who came close to taking life as it is BARRY. He is product owner at Dell. I got the opportunity to sit beside him for 2 weeks. He is one of most beautiful people I have ever met. He is the answer to all the questions; the buck finally stops at him. Every day he opens his laptop and before pressing the on button looks at me and says “LET’S SEE WHAT THE DAY BRINGS US today. “ During the course of day whatever may be the problem he encounters he used to fix it and move on. The answer to life blah blah question is always Fortitude.

Theory aside .I tried practically for one week to take life as it comes. Inspired from Yes Man movie I decided to tell YES to all the things in my life. I did not tell this to anybody as I do not want others to take the advantage of this. I followed it religiously for one week. I came to know that for how many things I used to say No. LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL in that one week with little bit jitters here and there. But due to time /money constraints I couldn’t be able to follow it up. But the things I used to say NO had come down drastically. LIFE is beautiful when u keep it FRESH and OPEN.

Interval Bang

As I was falling from the plane from 13300 ft with a speed of 200Km/hr, I felt very much relieved as I completed my bucket list that was created five years back.I became free from it. I was so attached to the bucket list that there was a background process running all the time in my mind to complete the bucket list. Freedom is unexplainable experience. I did not know how to express it and I felt like running running running and running. The moment I landed on the ground, I got an impression that half of my life was over. Becoming a little Lighter

Philosophy is in my blood. If you chat with me for 30 min I will atleast refer it 7 to 9 times or perhaps more. People  were puzzled, and even considered  me foolish /stupid and if the person was woman /gal she would go mad. Some people thought I would become sanaysi at one point of time. It has reached a point where for even I do not get a cup of tea I started referring philosophy which made people even more mad and this in turn made me mad. I tried to control it but I could not. As George Bernard had put it more eloquently “ Reading made Don Quixote a gentleman but believing what he read made him mad.” I guess I am Don Quixote in making.
