A Gal who Amazed me

Children generally learn things fastly if that is followed by continuous support and encouragement they will learn things super fastly. The other day when I am the swimming pool I happened to watch a little gal (around 5 yrs old) who is new to swimming and learning it. She is taking her first diving lesson. The trainer is in water to help her out as she is a kid. She dived and started swimming and almost completed quarter lap and she stopped. Trainer applauded her for that and asked her to do it again. This time she completed one full lap. She was awe struck after that. She was in ecstasy and she cannot able to handle her excitement and immediately went to her friend and asked her to congratulate her for completing the lap. In her words she has quoted something like this “Divya give me a five and I require this now “and after that she hugged her. She demanded the encouragement or validation. Then the gal went on and started encouraging /motivating her friends to complete the lap by saying ‘If I can do it, you too can.”It is so lovely to watch this. I was amazed by the kind of maturity the gal has shown especially at her age. Is this kind of maturity comes from the environment we live or as my friend says usually gals get maturity so fast. But I rarely sees these kind of gals. It is always good to learn things with children though it has its own side effects. We are appreciating the rose although it has thorns .Don’t we?

Interval Bang

As I was falling from the plane from 13300 ft with a speed of 200Km/hr, I felt very much relieved as I completed my bucket list that was created five years back.I became free from it. I was so attached to the bucket list that there was a background process running all the time in my mind to complete the bucket list. Freedom is unexplainable experience. I did not know how to express it and I felt like running running running and running. The moment I landed on the ground, I got an impression that half of my life was over. Becoming a little Lighter

Philosophy is in my blood. If you chat with me for 30 min I will atleast refer it 7 to 9 times or perhaps more. People  were puzzled, and even considered  me foolish /stupid and if the person was woman /gal she would go mad. Some people thought I would become sanaysi at one point of time. It has reached a point where for even I do not get a cup of tea I started referring philosophy which made people even more mad and this in turn made me mad. I tried to control it but I could not. As George Bernard had put it more eloquently “ Reading made Don Quixote a gentleman but believing what he read made him mad.” I guess I am Don Quixote in making.
